Art of Winter Winners Announced Greg Lago, Father and Son, Most Original CLAYTON, NY (February 5, 2019) – The Thousand Islands Arts Center (TIAC) opened its annual winter exhibition, Art of Winter, with a reception on Friday, February 1st. Over 120 people attended and nearly all cast their votes for the People’s Choice Award which is given on opening night to the crowd’s favorite piece of artwork. This year the People’s Choice Award went to Sharon Hughto (Dexter) for her acrylic on canvas entitled “The Power of Women.”   Other awards included Most Original, and went to Greg Lago (Clayton) for his hand-carved wood sculpture
