Coverlet - Full size . Navy blue and natural cream color. Catalog card notes that it is readily identifiable as "Indian War" by half-circle around corner crosses. Attached fringe on sides, warp finge at bottom, hemmed at top. Overshot weave. Diamond and Table. Pattern Name: "Indian War" or "Rose of Sharon" Warp: cotton(?) natural. Weft: cotton, finer than warp, natural color Pattern Weft: wool, dark indigo blue. Comments on catalog card, "It could also be classified as a wheel and table with part of wheel eliminated in drafting, resulting in an x at the corners of the table instead of a full circle."
