Coverlet fragment. Natural cream color tabby and warp, and red/pink pattern. Overshot weave. Small blooming leaf pattern with table. Warp is natural cotton, extremely fine 64 epi. Weft is same. pattern weft is cotton, red/pink. A has a hemmed corner and is documented with a slide/photo in HGA slide kit "coverlets" #69. Observation by Ruth Holroyd for the commentary of the slide kit "Graduating blocks form a blooming leaf pattern, but is used more as a connecting block with a large table."...View Full Record
