Cape/Cloak with embroidery and two tassels. Blue silk, with embroidery along front edges and neck in shades of light blue and ivory, done in Art Noveau style. Tassels are elaborately embroidered in white natural fiber. One is at mid point of collar, the other is part of a false frog snap closure at the neckline.
